G2000 Platform Terms & Conditions

This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the g2000 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the g2000 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the g2000 platform or its services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the g2000 management team ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms is deemed acceptance of the updated version.

The g2000 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the g2000 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. g2000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the validity of the information provided. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. g2000 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately.

Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Never share your login details with anyone.
Log out of your account after using a shared device.
Enable two-factor authentication where available.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a g2000 user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and guidelines as established from time to time. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g2000 platform:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
Manipulating games or payment systems through any technical means.
Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities.
Using false information or forged identity documents.
Any form of money laundering through the platform.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff.

Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and appropriate legal action.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the g2000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). g2000 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.

The g2000 platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and designated e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with current policy and are subject to change without prior notice. Please check the latest details in your account.

Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once the request has been verified and all conditions met. g2000 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if additional security checks or identity verification are required. Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.

For promotional offers and bonuses, the rollover requirements and validity period stated in each campaign must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted. Bonus amounts that have not met the rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn from the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability, Accounts & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The g2000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or services provided. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g2000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

G2000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users may close their own account by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures once all conditions have been met.

Intellectual Property

All content on the g2000 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of g2000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The g2000 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. g2000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

G2000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform within a reasonable period. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
